Noba is a leading event connectivity provider, delivering high-performance WiFi and CCTV solutions for live events and permanent installations.

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager in Chesham to take full ownership of our warehouse operations, logistics, and equipment management.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse management, event logistics, or AV/IT equipment handling, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.


πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Stock Management

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and workflows
  • Maintain accurate stock control across multiple projects and brands
  • Ensure all event equipment is organised, tested, and deployment-ready
  • Oversee goods in/out, returns, and repairs
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and scalable warehouse environment

πŸ“¦ Event Logistics & Equipment Handling

  • Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for events and installations
  • Load and unload vehicles for deployments
  • Ensure all equipment is returned, reset, and ready for future use
  • Support logistics for UK and international events
  • Assist with ATA carnets and customs documentation
  • Coordinate with freight partners and project teams

πŸ›’ Purchasing & Stock Planning

  • Support procurement of equipment and consumables
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements
  • Help control costs through efficient inventory management

🚐 Transport & Vehicle Management

  • Drive and manage a company van for deliveries and collections
  • Support transport logistics for events and installations

🀝 Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Operations, Projects, and Technical teams
  • Communicate proactively to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Provide occasional on-site event support when required

🧩 Skills & Experience

βœ… Essential

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in warehouse operations
  • Strong organisational and stock management skills
  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and stock systems)
  • Logical, problem-solving mindset
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated and proactive

⭐ Desirable

  • Experience in events, AV, IT, or technical environments
  • Knowledge of WiFi, networking, or CCTV equipment
  • Experience with international shipping or ATA carnets
  • Familiarity with Current RMS or similar systems
