It’s great to be back for the 2nd year running working with the Laine Pub co providing the site-wide connectivity. To make sure this network is bulletproof due to the long tenancy on this site we build in as much redundancy as possible. The Internet is provided by a 300Mbps leased line brought into the site via a 60Ghz wireless link from a nearby commercial office space. We then provide a Starlink low latency high-speed internet service with a long-range 5G solution.
The core network is set up in high availability mode, meaning if anything fails it will seamlessly fail over to the secondary source.
Noba maintains a management link to the managed network service and proactively monitors the status and health of all the active equipment using a centralised platform. This enables us to track usage and performance, monitor SLA compliance, and trigger automated alerts to help both with proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
