Each year, Regent Street lights up for Festive Mile – a major seasonal celebration that sees London’s famous shopping thoroughfare closed to traffic and transformed into a festive, pedestrian-friendly environment.
For this high-profile event, the client needed:
- Comprehensive CCTV coverage along the full length of Regent Street
- Seamless network performance across multiple observation points
- Fast deployment, with minimal disruption to event setup

As a fully pedestrianised festival environment with heavy footfall, entertainment, and seasonal activity, the site also required robust temporary communications for the operations team, including control room WiFi.
