Noba was back at IMEX for the 4th consecutive year in 2025 – powering one of the world’s leading events for the meetings & events industry.
IMEX Frankfurt is one of two exhibitions that aim to unite and advance the meetings industry. Over 2,500 hosted buyers from over 100 countries, and over 13,000 participants took part in over 67,000 appointments across the three-day show.
Meeting planners can walk through the world in a day, keep up to date with the latest industry developments and ideas and find all the suppliers they need under one roof.
Our Solution:
The Noba crew works closely with the event team each year to provide a complete end-to-end network solution for IMEX Frankfurt.
Our solution includes providing an exhibitor rate card and FAQ information for the exhibitor manual, a dedicated account management team to handle all exhibitor enquiries and orders, together with the financial management for all bookings.
The team deliver a site-wide WiFi network, switching and cabling and an around-the-clock support team to provide over 3500 exhibitors across the Messe Frankfurt GmbH with fast, secure and reliable WiFi access for the 3-day exhibition.
