The Project:
Knebworth House is famous for hosting some of the biggest names in rock & roll; Queen, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Oasis, and Robbie Williams are just some of the acts to have headlined Knebworth House over the years.
Noba has connected some amazing events at Knebworth over the years and our next event will be Recfest, the ultimate festival for in-house recruitment teams. Noba is looking forward to providing site-wide connectivity to 5000 users, over 70 activations & 100 industry-leading speakers across ten stages – 2023 RecFest is set to be the biggest yet, and the next event in a full calendar of amazing gigs and special events at Knebworth.
Our Solution:
Noba is excited to have partnered with Knebworth House and Barns as part of a 3-year agreement as their event connectivity provider.
We have worked with the venue to install permanent infrastructure across the site with a 1Gbps fibre leased line and managed network.
Challenges:
This is the first time Knebworth have partnered with an event connectivity provider but with the majority of events these days depending on reliable, high bandwidth networks it was a logical partnership.
Due to the scale of the grounds getting the fibre leased line into the site was difficult and required additional ground works and km’s of fibre to be installed to accommodate the circuit, external equipment cabinets have been installed to house the equipment within the event spaces.
