Event Portal

We can create an event portal to be used by both people attending your event in person and from elsewhere. This will be a fully branded area for registration, networking, meetings, live interaction, the event agenda, and more.

Event Communication

Communication is at the heart of all events, whether live, virtual, or hybrid. We will enable you to create a coherent online experience for all attendees, including the ability to send automated emails and private links to meetings. Our solution also offers the flexibility to deliver both pre-recorded content and live interactive content, as well as streaming the keynote out to tens of thousands of people.

Event Delivery

We provide end-to-end technical project management to ensure a seamless event experience. Pre- event testing includes checking participants' internet connection and their video and audio hardware, as well as advice on the best environment for them to be in. Live support is provided for all delegates and speakers via online chat, phone and remote device access.

Connectivity and Hardware

As well as enterprise grade main and backup connectivity for studios and corporate HQs, we can provide dedicated at home internet connectivity options for speakers and participants, for example our portable plug and play internet solution, nBox, to ensure an ultra-reliable connection. We can also supply dedicated AV hardware including webcams, laptops, microphones etc. where needed.

The Noba Virtual Event Pod (VEP)

The Noba Virtual Event Pod (VEP) is a fully customisable virtual solution designed for exhibitors who are unable to attend a physical event. Through the use of an iPad, exhibitors can engage and interact with visitors remotely via a live video call by simply scanning a QR code from a phone or visitor badge.
